Terms of Use

1. Who we are

EliteLabs Studio (“Studio,” “we,” “us”) is operated by EliteLabs Global (“EliteLabs”). These Terms govern your use of studio.elitelabs.global and any related services (the “Service”).

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, purchasing a Brand Kit, Monthly Content Pack, or Market Research report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. The Service

Studio uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI models) to generate marketing content, including product images, videos, spokesperson and avatar videos, ad copy, social media captions, and product page copy, based on a photo and information you provide.

4.1 No guarantee of accuracy. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

4.2 No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee any business outcome, sales, engagement, or advertising performance from content generated through the Service. See our Refund Policy for related terms.

5. Your account and content you provide

5.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of the product photos, descriptions, and information you upload. You must have the legal right to use any image or content you upload.

5.2 You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or that depicts a product you do not have rights to represent.

6. Ownership of generated content

6.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you are granted the right to use the content generated for you (images, videos, and text) for your own commercial and marketing purposes.

6.2 We do not claim ownership over your product, brand name, or trademarks.

7. Payment and pricing

7.1 Prices are as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, in USD, processed via Stripe.

7.2 Purchases are one-time, per-generation, unless otherwise stated (for example, subscription products, where applicable).

8. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to generate content for products that are illegal, counterfeit, or infringe on existing trademarks or patents
• Resell access to the Service itself without written permission (reselling generated content as part of your own business is permitted)

9. Third-party AI providers

The Service uses third-party AI models and infrastructure providers (including Google, Anthropic, fal.ai, and HeyGen) to generate content. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by third-party providers that affect the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteLabs' liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under mandatory provisions of Israeli consumer protection law.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
