Refund Policy

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981:

Before generation

If your payment is received but generation has not yet begun, you may cancel and receive a full refund by contacting hello@elitelabs.global.

After generation and delivery

EliteLabs Studio delivers digital content (images, videos, and text) generated specifically for you upon purchase. Under the Consumer Protection Law's provisions for recorded, copied, or duplicated goods, once your Brand Kit content has been generated and made available to you, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except as described below.

Quality issues

If your generated content is materially defective, incomplete, or fails to deliver as described (for example, missing assets or a generation failure), contact hello@elitelabs.global within 7 days of delivery and we will either complete the missing content or issue a refund for the affected portion, at our discretion.

No guarantee of business or advertising results

EliteLabs Studio provides content creation tools only. We do not guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for the performance, results, sales, engagement, return on ad spend, or any other outcome from using our generated content in advertising, social media, or any other channel. Marketing and advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to platform algorithms, market conditions, ad spend, targeting, and audience response. Purchases are for the content itself, not for guaranteed business outcomes.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under mandatory provisions of Israeli law.
