1. What we collect

• Account information: name, email, authentication data (via Clerk)
• Content you provide: product photos, descriptions, brand information
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
• Usage and analytics data: Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, standard server logs
• Generated content: stored via Supabase, linked to your account

2. Why we collect it

We use your data to create and manage your account, process payments and deliver purchased content, generate your requested content, improve the Service, communicate about your orders, and prevent fraud.

3. Who we share data with

We share data with the following processors, solely to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (storage), Google and Gemini (image generation), Anthropic and Claude (copy generation), fal.ai (video generation), HeyGen (spokesperson video), Meta (advertising and conversion tracking), Microsoft (analytics), and Vercel (hosting).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International data transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside Israel and the EU.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, or request portability of your personal data. Contact hello@elitelabs.global to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, for analytics and advertising purposes. These load only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
